1. Do I need a PAYPAL account?

NO. Payment can also be made with your Credit Card via Paypal by signing on as a guest.

 

2. Is there a minimum order charge?

NO, unless you are applying the discount coupon - In order to claim your discount before the deadline, only then is there a minimum amount.

 

3. I have accidentally ordered the wrong picture - can I cancel the order?

The system is fully automated similar to a vending machine and I am unable to stop an order once successful payment has been made.

 

4. Should I crop the images?

Yes !  If you do not do this you run the risk of receiving your print with the top of heads cut off ! You will find this option towards the end process within the checkout "Basket" (look for the red border). If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars which indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement. IMPORTANT WITH ALL IMAGES, if you are intending to use a frame or mount, allow enough space around the subject as the outer parts of an image will be obscured.

 

5. Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?

Yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order and save on shipping costs.

 

6. I received an access card with an access code - how can I order my photos?

If you have received a access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album."

 

7. Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account".

 

8. How long will the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the payment, the products you’ve ordered and delivery method. The payment must be confirmed (you will receive an invoice number and an order number) before your order can be processed. Orders which include free shipping to schools are processed in bulk 7-14 business days after the order deadline. Delivery time may also vary depending on the type of products ordered.

 

9. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?

Yes. The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads.

 

10. What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We are committed to using the same Lab providing the same high quality that you have been accustomed to since 2007. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to get in touch. We are devoted to your satisfaction.

 

11. I rarely order online - how can I order my photos here?

Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo.” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity and click on "Add to basket". When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Basket" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.

 

12. My photos have been archived, can I still get them?

Probably. Please contact me and where possible I will Un-archive them. Reinstated jobs will be at a higher price and you will not recieve any email confirmations as per normal. The access code/s will be the same

13. Can I mix and split orders using multiple Access Codes?

No. You can place orders from multiple access codes into your shopping basket but you cannot mix "packages" across different access codes
